Cancellations & Terms

Booking:
All workshop bookings are made online and confirmed once payment is received. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation by Parents:

• If you need to cancel a booking, please let us know at least 7 days before the workshop to receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within 7 days of the workshop are non-refundable, but you may be able to transfer your booking to another session subject to availability.

• In the event your child is unwell on the day, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to offer an alternative session if spaces allow, but refunds cannot be guaranteed.

Cancellation by WonderKids Creative:

• Occasionally, workshops may need to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. staff illness, extreme weather).

• In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or an alternative date for the session.

Late Arrivals:

• Workshops run on a strict timetable. Children arriving late may miss part of the session, and refunds cannot be offered for missed time.

Behaviour & Safety:

• We reserve the right to ask a child to leave a session if their behaviour puts themselves or others at risk. No refund will be given in these circumstances.
